We work exclusively with rare, fine aroma cacao varieties — such as Criollo from Peru and Arriba Nacional Ecuador — known for their complexity, elegance, and naturally rich flavor profiles. Each origin is chosen with care.

Origins & Ingredients

Our chocolate begins its life on small farms in Peru and Ecuador where rare fine‑aroma cacao varieties are cultivated with care. These beans are harvested, fermented and dried on site to preserve their delicate flavours. We never blend cheap mass‑produced cacao. Instead we honour each origin’s unique profile — floral, nutty, caramel or fruity — by roasting gently and grinding slowly. Sugar is derived from coconut blossom and we use only pure cacao butter, never additives or emulsifiers. The result is a bar that expresses terroir and craftsmanship in every bite.
